JXH CNC Showcases Three AI-Powered Solid Wood Machines at WMF 2026 Shanghai
From September 5 to 8, 2026, JXH CNC welcomed solid wood manufacturers, long-standing customers and international distributors at WMF 2026 in Shanghai. The exhibition brought JXH's AI vision, intelligent nesting and automated machining workflow together in one live production display.
Three machines for flexible solid wood production
JXH presented three machines designed for different production requirements: the One-to-Two AI Cutting Machine, the Dual-Station AI CNC Router and the AI Laser Cutting Machine. Together, they demonstrated how board recognition, defect-aware nesting and automated processing can support a wider range of solid wood factories.
One-to-Two AI Cutting Machine
The One-to-Two AI Cutting Machine uses one intelligent scanning and nesting workflow to coordinate two processing stations. The configuration is designed for factories that need higher output while retaining the flexibility to process natural-edged and irregular solid wood boards.
Dual-Station AI CNC Router
The Dual-Station AI CNC Router combines vision-guided board recognition and optimized nesting with CNC routing. At the show, visitors watched live rough-board processing and discussed applications for furniture parts, kitchenware, crafts and other shaped solid wood components.
Public debut of the JXH AI Laser Cutting Machine
The AI Laser Cutting Machine made its first public appearance at this exhibition. It expands the JXH intelligent solid wood workflow with a clean, digitally controlled laser process for thinner materials and detailed profiles.
Conversations with manufacturers and distributors worldwide
The JXH booth welcomed visitors from many countries and regions. Alongside new contacts, we were pleased to meet long-standing customers and international distributors who have worked with JXH over time.
Discussions focused on practical production needs: improving material yield, reducing reliance on manual layout, handling changing product mixes and selecting the right cutting process for each type of board. The response to the three-machine display, and especially to the new AI laser system, was encouraging.
